Wholesale research is what we do best. Because we have no dual wholesale-retail role, we avoid a clash of interest. There is no need for concern that we will evolve as a client competitor, a trend that occurs frequently in this business.

TURNAROUND
We are proud of our turnaround time, with several high volume courts covered twice daily. We routinely return results the same the same day or within 8 to 12 working hours. While this coverage represents a business expense for us, we understand quick turnaround is important to our clients.

QUALITY CONTROLS
SCI incorporates a robust quality assurance program to ensure a high level of integrity in its processes and services. Our quality assurance controls are incorporated in every aspect of our business from personnel practices to operating procedures. You will never receive just raw data; we consolidate all the data collected into a report that provides clients with a clear, concise, and meaningful profile.

Our computer files are password protected and are not accessible to unauthorized personnel. We protect our paper records from unauthorized disclosure by using a professional shredding company. We carry  E&O insurance.

 COST EFFECTIVENESS
Our fees are negotiable, and are subject to volume and jurisdictions. We understand there may be less costly researchers; however, we implement practices which enable us to hire and retain qualified and responsible personnel. These practices ensure continuity for our clients. We believe this is a good business decision, and the results are reflected in the quality of our work
